Patio Springs · Eden · Ogden Valley · Utah

A quiet neighborhood
at the foot of the Wasatch.

One hundred and ten homes tucked between the Wolf Creek golf course and the mountain — a few minutes from Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Pineview Reservoir.

A summer evening looking west across Patio Springs toward the Wasatch — golden grass in the foreground, storm clouds catching the last light of sunset.

What we do

A small, member-run association.

The Patio Springs HOA is a nonprofit corporation run by an elected board of seven directors. Dues fund shared maintenance, governance, and the upkeep of our little corner of Eden.

Community

110 homes representing families, part-time residents, and long-time Eden neighbors. One vote per lot, one community.

Governance

Governed by recorded CC&Rs and bylaws. Annual member meetings on the second Saturday in September.

Stewardship

Guidelines on construction, landscaping, and maintenance that protect property values and keep the neighborhood feeling like home.

Annual Dues

Dues are collected
between May 1 and June 1.

Annual HOA dues are $50 per lot and fund the association's operations for the fiscal year. Pay online by bank transfer (ACH) or card — takes about two minutes.
